Lighter No-Fuss Pizza

For the Base
- 60g Wholemeal Wrap
For the Topping
- 200g can chopped tomato, juice drained
- 60g Charleville Lighter Red & Mozzarella grated cheese
- 1 large tomato thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1tsp honey
- Chilli flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped basil, to serve
- Preheat your oven to 220C/200C fan/ gas 7.
- Lay your wholemeal wrap onto a baking sheet.
- Spread the canned tomatoes over the wholemeal wrap to within 2cm of the edges.
- Scatter with the Charleville Lighter Red & Mozzarella cheese then arrange the tomato slices over the top and drizzle over the olive oil.
- Cook the pizza for 8-10 mins until crisp and golden around the edges.
- Scatter with honey, chilli and basil to serve.
