Summer Salad

  • 1 x Bag Charleville Crafty Creations Cheddar & Emmental Cubes
  • 1 x Red Chilli
  • 1 x Handful Parsley
  • 4 x Spring Onions
  • 1 x Lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 x Red Chicory
  • 1 x Bag Spinach Leaves
  • 1 x Red Onion
  • 1 x Handful Toasted Hazelnuts


Empty a bag of Charleville cheddar and Emmental cubes in to a mixing bowl, stir through chopped red chili, chopped fresh parsley, diced spring onion, grated lemon zest and a very large drizzle of olive oil. 

Stir to combine and marinate in fridge overnight. 

Serve with crisp red chicory, spinach leaves, thinly sliced red onions  and toasted hazelnuts for a light and tasty lunch.
