Oak Smoked Open Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 x Wrap or Pitta Bread
  • 1 or 2 Slices Ham
  • 1 x Avocado
  • 1TSP Mustard Mayo
  • 2 x slices Charleville Naturally Oak Smoked Slices

Method

Option 1:

Layer creamy avocado, thick slices of cured ham, tangy mustard mayo and double smoked Charleville cheddar on to wraps or pittas for a lunch time meal.

Option 2:

Fry off slices of smokey chorizo for 2 minutes.

Add spring onions and a handful shredded baby spinach.

Stir in 3 beaten eggs and when they begin to cook and set up add slices of Charleville smoked cheddar. 

Allow to melt then serve.
