Margherita Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 x pre-made Pizza Bases
- 100ml Tomato Passata
- 1 x handful Fresh Basil or 1tsp Dried Basil
- 1 x garlic clove, crushed
- Charleville Grated Mozzarella
- Drizzle of Olive Oil
- Extra Fresh Basil for garnish
Method
- Make the sauce: Mix the passata, basil and crushed garlic together, then season to taste. Leave to stand at room temperature
- Top and bake: heat the oven to 240C/220C fan/gas 8 and pre-heat baking trays/pizza stone
- Smooth sauce over bases with the back of a spoon. Scatter with cheese, drizzle with olive oil and season
- Bake pizzas for 15-20 mins until crisp (or as per packaging recommendation)
- Serve with a little more olive oil, and basil leaves if using.
