Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients
- 1 loaf tiger bread
- 8 Tbsp butter
- 220g Charleville Grated Mozzarella & Red Cheddar
- 3 cloves garlic - crushed
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°
- Slice the bread vertically and horizontally being careful to not cut all the way through the bread, stop about ¼ inch from the bottom of the loaf. Place on a sheet of tinfoil
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium-low heat with the crushed garlic
- Pour melted butter and garlic over the top of the sliced bread, gently parting the bread to make sure the liquid works its way into all the little spaces
- Sprinkle the Charleville Grated Mozzarella & Red Cheddar over the bread, making sure to press into all of the gaps
- Wrap the bread in tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes
- Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Switch the oven to grill, and grill for a further 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle parsley on top
